The next morning, Darius ordered everyone that they were going back to Kinsville. He was done with this trip, and now he began getting bored.
Hilton was perplexed by that announcement. He didn't understand why Darius suddenly changed his mind. He was adamant about staying at that same place till yesterday and now, in the early morning, he announced their departure.
Why?
But as much as Hilton knew Darius he was sure that there must be some reason behind his sudden actions. The Vampires began wrapping up their belongings and loading them on the horses and carriages.
Two of them went to the village to buy some essentials like food, that they would need on their journey because for the next two days, they would not get to any village or town on their road.
They were almost done and ready to go. Aubrey and Enzo were keeping a close eye on Darius, but he was acting naturally as if nothing was wrong.
