But what lured Darius's predator was the big animals in the dense forest of the hills. Hilton was enjoying this trip too. He didn't remember the last time he came for hunting like this, nor did he remember the last time when he could sit for some time in peace after his son's death.
One of the reasons he was so relaxed was Darius and his cunning brain. In him, Hilton saw the successful way of avenging his son's death by not only eliminating the werewolf leader but also eradicating the whole breed.
It was an evening, and Darius had already got enough game for them to feast tonight. He watched Aubrey and Enzo, the young Vampires, helping others to cut the animals for roasting before drenching out all the blood to satiate the hunger of their monsters.
