Edwin pulled Rees again on the platform, but the violent vibrations didn't stop. Edwin noticed that the rods that supported the platform from down were on the verge of snapping.

Everyone ran to him to see Rees clutching the long shiny fur of the Alpha while on his back and the black wolf releasing the unconscious cub from his mouth.
Lester caught the cub on time while Eloise, Elsie and Thea helped Rees to get down from the black wolf's back.
