Ruth found Edwin already in his office earlier than usual. His smile was tensed as he saw her walking in his way.

"Ida and Rees are already observing the cubs. Kevin is checking the security around the shed. And Thea has already told the human servants to leave early.
Lord Lester and Lady Elsie are checking the security around the servants' quarters. I am just worried about the few human families that live there."
Edwin began running his thumb on her forehead to smoothen the creases of worry.
"Everyone is doing their part love. Don't worry!"
