'Cemetery, Bluemoon town'
A shiver ran down Lester's spine as his eyes swept over those words written on a board above his head. He hesitated and contemplated if he should go inside or leave before anyone saw him there.
Was he ready to face her?
But how long he could avoid her? Sooner or later, he needed to see her, talk to her and... apologise to her even if she wouldn't forgive him.
Unmounting from his horse, Lester left the animal at the gate of the cemetery and decided to walk the distance. He needed some time to prepare himself.
As soon as he entered through those large metal gates, melancholic air wrapped itself around him. The chillness in the air made him rub his hands together. His legs carried him forward, manoeuvring his way through the maze of graves.
The silence was scorching, burning his eyes. Lester had no thoughts in his mind. He was walking as if some peculiar energy controlled him, ordered him to keep walking.
