Edwin didn't realise when he fell asleep in the rocking chair. He stirred in sleep when loud bangings bombarded the door of his office. He tried to block those sounds, but they kept getting louder and louder.
His eyes slowly opened, and he groaned at the disturbance. Rubbing his eyes with his fingers, he stood up from the chair and winced. That rocking chair was not as comfortable as he thought it seems.
"Master... Master open the door! Master!" He heard Rees's panicked voice from outside.
Slowly getting his senses back, Edwin strode to open the door, and when he unlocked it, it was pushed open by Rees before him.
Rees's face looked quite disturbed and even a bit nervous too.
"So no good morning for me today?" Edwin asked, frowning early in the morning.
"I am afraid but it is not Master," Rees replied, trying to get a hold of his nerves.
"What happened?" Edwin asked after a sigh.
