Theodora felt a hand on her shoulder, and she immediately knew it was her doting husband. Turning to hide her face in his chest Theodora began sobbing loudly.
"Theodora please calm down. Nothing is going to change. Nobody is going to blame you for this. You did no wrong my dear!" Augustus held her close to his chest.
Ruth couldn't believe that drama. She glared at Edwin, asking him to do something, but he only gulped and turned his attention away from Ruth.
"Edwin... put her in the dungeons. We still need to discuss some things before I decide a suitable punishment for her." Augustus ordered.
Ruth pursed her lips. Was he doing it intentionally? Didn't Edwin make it clear that he was going to give the verdict?
Edwin nodded his head at Kevin. With the help of the guards, Kevin began dragging both that man and Fannie out of the hall and towards the dungeons.
