Ruth gasped in shock as she stared at the man with pale skin and red lips staring back at her with his dark eyes.
It did not take her long to recognise that striking face. He was the same man she had bumped into months ago.
Suddenly she realised that they were in such a wrong position. She cleared her throat awkwardly, pushing at his chest. The man who was hovering above her did not flush, nor did he feel embarrassed.
He simply lifted himself off her and stood on his feet. He offered her his hand. But now that Ruth had recognised him, she was dicy about trusting him.
"Come on." He smiled, flashing his pearl white teeth.
Ruth could not help but stare up at him. She had never met someone like him. No man carried that charm so confidently. The smirk on his lips was cocky, his dark eyes were full of mischief and yet, for some unknown reason, Ruth found his company quite comforting.
"Miss?" He called to gain her attention when her thoughts were all clouded by him only.
