"Lisa... Lisa... baby... look! That's our daughter Lisa!" Lisa's mother exclaimed to her husband with happy tears in her eyes.
Lisa's cries stuck in her mouth when her teary eyes met with Darius's red ones. And then she realised that Marcus had left her there sometime back. And if Darius was irritated before, then he was enraged now.
"You bastard! How dare you keep my daughter captive like that?! Do not you have any morals?" Lisa's father growled, taking a threatening step toward Darius.
Darius was ready to kick his ass, but before he would do anything, Lisa's mother took the wooden knife from the nearby standing man's hand and ran to Darius. Holding it right an inch away from his chest, she glared at him demandingly.
"Give me my daughter right now or this knife will be through your chest in no time." She gave the ultimatum.
