About half an hour later, the party stood up, ready to leave. They decided to let Miss Chang rest for a while, and then they would see the schedule she had prepared for Ruth.
Ruth had already convinced Miss Chang to train Elsie along with her as per the requirements of being a Luna. She did not like using Elsie's name and lying to everyone.
Elsie was very excited, especially now that Ruth would also be there with her. She had so many things to teach Ruth and so much more to learn from Miss Chang.

Ruth heard Miss Chang calling her name as they began exiting the room one by one.
Ruth glanced at Edwin, and he nodded his head. Leaning down to her ear, he whispered, "I will be waiting for you in my chamber."
And then he walked out along with others.
"May I help you with anything Miss Chang?" Ruth asked politely.
Miss Chang gave her a long look. She could tell how guarded the young woman was. Her brain was on alert the instant she called her name.
