Everyone listened to Miss Chang in silence. She had made some great points that helped not only Ruth but also others, to understand her powers better.
"Miss Chang do you think that this is the reason why the Moon Goddess chose Ruth for brother Edwin?" Elsie asked.
Although Elsie's question was as harmless as her intentions, Ruth felt her heart sink at that thought. What if she does not have those powers? Would then Edwin had been bonded with another woman?
