The night was gloomy, and the wind did nothing to soothe his uneasiness. Darius kept thinking of his father's plan and how he could beat it but so far all he got was a disappointment.
No probability seemed to work and no plan was deemed fitting. Mr Hilton was trying his level best, but he was not sure if the old man could find it anyway.
It was all him... and him who needed to find a solution to this problem. He had worked hard. He had even dared to step in the Malvadogar and had fought with the dark wizard.
It was not all for nothing. He could not see his efforts running in vain as his father again proves himself a capable leader. After all, it was Darius who was the next leader in line.
He knew that unless he proved his capabilities, nobody was going to accept him over his father.
