Edwin was consistent in noting the progress of Ruth and Elsie's training. At least now he had one thing less to worry about.
"Lester, have you got any news on the missing rogues?" He asked.
The two friends sat in Edwin's office. They recently were busy with everything that happened with Ruth, that they had a lot of pending work waiting for them.
"I have told Rees to get a list of all the rogues, whether spies or not, from all the packs. The alphas are willing to cooperate and soon we will have that list along with the details of those rogues." Lester explained.
"Hmm" That was Edwin's short reply as he busied himself in some calculations of last month's business.
Five minutes of silence later, Lester heard him say, "You can speak you know.."
"huh?"Lester replied.
"You are visibly distressed and your heartbeats tell that you want to say something but you are not sure about it." Edwin finally looked up, putting his papers down.
