"Stop." A blue haired man said as his eyes locked into the distance, his brows furrowing. A youth with ash black hair looked at him confused, on the ground lay a bandit panting for breath as many dagger wounds were seen on his body.
"Albert, Raze, prepare for battle." The blue haired man said as his eyes lost all emotions but one, hate.
"Sir, I don't think it is wise to-" Albert looked at him but stopped midway when he saw that the blue haired man was not even listening to him, shaking his head as he once again saw the only weakness of this man he served.
"Who are they Sage?" Raze asked as he felt the atmosphere around then.
"..."
Getting no replay, he made his dagger go away and picked up the sword from the exhausted bandit, knowing he has already surpassed him while training the last 3 weeks.
As the carriages got closer to theirs, Raze saw 3 carriages while a man in a red suit was looking at Sage with a smile on his face. The man himself had red hair as a large bow was on his back.
"Haha, How long has it been since our last meeting, Sage, Albert." The red haired man said as he jumped of the Carriage and walked forward without a care in the world.
He then looked at the bandit, who had passed out, that lay on the floor and then at Raze with some surprise.
"New recruit? I guess we will have another comrade so-" Not letting the red haired man speak any further, Sage materialized 7 Balls of water as the rushed at the enemy in the form of sharp needles with speeds so fast, Raze felt that they teleported. Meanwhile 21 Flaming arrows hit the balls of water as both evaporated.
"Have you still not gotten over her?" The red haired man let out a tired sigh as he already had dealt with this kind of situation too many times since the last few years.
"Shut your mouth, don't you dare speak about her!" Sage shouted as 7 Balls of water came into being, and rushed at the red haired man.
As the flaming arrows were about to hit them, the waterfalls spit as the went to different angle, letting the split part collide with the arrows while the others rapidly regenerated and turned into chains made of water.
"You have improved, not bad." The red haired man said as he finally drew his bow and then rapidly shot out 7 flame arrows in just a millisecond. The arrows being much faster and deadlier as the ones from before. Easily intercepting the 7 balls of water of and then rushing at the man behind them.
"That'a enough Master Fenix." Albert said as the flame arrows dissapeared when they felt like they hit a solid wall.
"Since you spoke then so be it. We have a mission to do so we will be on our way." The red haired man, Fenix, said as he went back towards the carriage he was on previously. Sage gritting his teeth but did not move as he knew Albert would just interfere.
As the carriages were walking past them, Fenix looked at Sage and whispered a few words that only the two of them could hear. With Sage instantly creating and shooting balls of water which were interrupted by an invisible wall.
"I WILL KILL YOU! HER DEATH WILL NOT GO UNPUNISHED!" Sage screamed as he crazily shot more and more balls of water which kept colliding with these invisible walls.
Raze looked on in surprise, this is the first time he saw Sage show such intense emotions. 'Just what went on between these two...'
Not before long the 3 carriages were gone, Not wanting to stay any longer, He looked at the bandit who was on the ground and shot a ball of water at him, creating a large whole at his hearth.
"Let's go. Make haste to the Guild." He said and went back into the carriage. Albert let out a sigh as he shook his head. While Raze decided to not keep overthinking when these 2 will not tell hin their story as of yet.
He sat next to Albert and focused on his Perk. During these 3 weeks, he has learned a lot from Albert and Sage. especially since he now knew that his perk worked under some kind of rules that pretty much decided the workings of it and could only have a possibility if changing if he somehow evolves it when strengthening it.
as of now he has already labeled 3 possible rules.
1: Temporary Reality, As long a constant supply of mana is added, the imagined Illusion can become real. Supply is different depending on the items.
2: Everything including "Fantasy" is from his imagination, this means simply things like a dagger could be imagined if he thought of them to be a "Fantasy" and a very basic requirement was for it to contain mana, even if minuscule.
3: Items rendered as Temporary a real can be used by all beings.
' I am sure there are many more rules, but i just don't know their workings or they are so minuscule in their effects that they don't matter.' Raze thought as he again depleted his mana.
If when he met Sage his mana could be said to be 10, now he would be at a 100.
'Just why did i never think of this...' a bit frustrated that a simple thing as adding more mana to his illusions not only made him much stronger than before, but also his mana increased much faster as well.
However, sometimes even the simplest questions look impossible before being answered. Although the thought process was nothing special, finding it and following it ad 2 completely different concepts .
Knowing how a formula works and just adding the value and creating the formula are not the same thing, even for the simplest ones.
deciding to not think much about it, he kept training his mana to higher levels, he should soon be able to reach the milestone that he can be considered an Tier 1 Perk User, also known as a T1 PU.
