Caleb escorted Prince Philip to his car and bowed. Then, he went back to the family room and checked the boxes. He also found three gold bars. He exhaled and sat down on the sofa. He gestured to the gifts from the King.
"Well, I think it's enough that Prince Philip warns you. Let's not get that the King would do the same." Caleb said.
His parents were speechless.
"Please, stop the nonsense and let me go. I have lots of things to do. Also, please don't bother my wife anymore. It's better if we don't contact each other anymore, but I'll give you an invitation to our next wedding." He stood. "Mother, father. I know that I've been a bad son to you. But, this is me now."
"Cal," His mother called out. He knew that his mother loved him. His mother loved to control him. "Uhm, can I be at least a mother to you?"
