Darren helps Calista lie down on the bed and ensures his lover sleeps comfortably.
"Is your sleeping position comfortable?" Darren asked, the voice he made as gentle as possible and his dazzling gaze full of love.
"Yes."
Darren's hand reached out to smooth a few strands of hair that hung down Calista's cheek. "Sleep so that the dizziness goes away."
Calista nodded.
"Is you will leave me alone?" Calista asked as Darren got out of bed.
"I'm just going away for a bit, baby."
"Please stay here."
Darren smiled and then kissed Calista's forehead. "I'm just going away for a bit. Be patient, I'll be back soon."
After Darren left, Calista immediately got up from bed and headed for the window. She stood with her arms wrapped around her chest.
"Lord, why do you always bring that man into my life? I've tried so hard to forget it. But at every opportunity you always bring he to me."
