Racial Description:
Race Name: Cecaelia / Scylla
Family: Merfolk/Mermaid
Type: Mollusc (Oldenwords: Malakions)/Aqua Homini
Evolution: Mutated
Sustenance: Carnivores: clams, shrimp, lobsters, fish, crustacean meats.
Location: Rocky Crevice, Misty Cavern
Personality: The race of Cecaelia/Scylla is best known for its unique personality. According to Diorn, in this book, they probably have two personalities, or as the old folks said, which they called it Modes, that is, inside their heads. (That is later proven by Diorn himself; the proof can be found in the Racial Information in this book).
Cecaelia has two modes: the first one is that they are reasonable, lenient, likable, theypossessd the maternal tenderness that they overdid sometimes to their beloved and most cherished husband that in the long run, it became more annoying which is according to the husbands of other Cecaelia/Scylla that Diorn became friends with.
The second mode is completely contrary to the first-mentioned Mode. They are unreasonable to the max; they are merciless and strict to the individuals that overstepped their bounds of what not to do and to do. They are loathsome, which is according to the other individuals, e.g., races, elder human folks, and their race, because of their cruelty when it comes to the things on what not to do. According to Diorn, they are frigid that it can surpass the coldness of Arctic Peak (the coldest mountain in Arkandia) to the other races, even to their kin or the strangers they deemed as a threat that must be eliminated immediately because they have to say, "The seeds of wickedness waits for no one."
This phrase is the most ironclad rule that, in every possible way, can't be broken, because if it is broken, that individual will be banished from the haven, their birthplace. The origin of the rule is vague but not unknown, the only possible explanation about this is recorded in a worn old book that is called "The Compendium of Vetusian's Rules," which was lost ages ago when the Cecaelia race experienced a great catastrophic event they called, Potens Exitium, that eventually killed half of their race.
Racial Description:
A subspecies of a mermaid—a chimeric monster that resembles a paled-skin maiden with enticing beauty—a silver vixen, to be exact. Their long, shiny platinum blonde hair with white streaks flows synchronously with the gentle breeze of the wind.
They possessed glowing red irises and horizontal black pupils; on their left and right side of their head are the two elven webbed, fin-like ears.
A lady with striking beauty from the waist up, and the tentacles of an octopus from the waist down, the extreme voluptuousness of their body, the plumpness of their luscious buttocks, their tiny waist, and the wide hips that are suitable for childbearing can ignite the men's hidden sexual desire.
Their octopoid tentacles are not the typical (8) eight tentacles, because the Cecaelia / Scylla possessed (10) ten octopodal tentacles, which, unlike the norms, they can stretch their tentacles at the limit of 3 feet.
Racial Attire:
Their usual attire consists of a sapphire-blue cross wrap halter top that barely covers their enormous gag tits, their sensitive nipples that poke through the clothes fabric where you can see it. As a result, it created an underboob where you can see the roundness of their breasts.
They wear a light blue skirt with two slits on each side that wraps their thick ass. The skirt has a detailed wave design. Under the skirt, they wear red string underwear that looks like a T-String that covers their pussy while exposing their juicy booty.
Racial Information:
A familial other species of merfolk/mermaids. It can be said that they are related to the merfolk/mermaid races, yet with a little distinction. They are mermaids per se, but instead of your typical fishtail they have the tentacles of an octopus.
As explained in the 'Personality' section, they have two modes of personality. According to Diorn, they have two modes of personalities that are very complicated to understand—you will not know what they are thinking right now in the past days or hours. Their minds are so hard to read and difficult to understand.
The first mode is only reserved for their rightful husbands, where they lavished their unending affection to them. They will bind them, entangle them, that it becomes into some sort of bondage play and "tentacles" genre that can be found in hentai directories. They also used the first mode when they are in front of their husband's friends and family, or to the individual that their husbands respected.
In relationships, they are the best and the most distinct about them is that they have this tender living care that all men in Arkandia crave for. They will give their husbands their unceasing moral support. (Just please, don't disappoint their expectations for you or you will face the wrath of their second mode of personality!)
They seriously care about their relationship and they are aware of what is happening in the minds of their husbands while the husbands don't know what they are thinking.
The second mode can only be triggered when they are emotionally unstable because of heartbreak, betrayal like cheating, being cuckolded, or when their own husband's life is in danger.
Their greatest skill is called Facade. They are known as the masters of hiding their true intentions or emotions. They can be calm outside their facade, but they have this boiling rage that can't be suppressed, like an oiled fire that can't be extinguished by a simple gush of water.
The only one who can quell this fire inside them is the touch of their husband, just to feel the warmth and care of their husbands and the confirmation of 'Don't worry, I got your back.'
Despite the complicated personalities they possess, even though they are self-willed sometimes (which Poor_Wordsmith forgot to put on the Personality section), they are very insecure about themselves. This insecurity is etched deep within their bones, to the deepest part of their soul.
They are not confident that there are humans who would fall in love with them with their race, which is a combination of 'human' women mixed with a body part of a sea beast that creates this abomination which is their race.
According to Diorn in his findings, the reason why they kidnapped or captured men and bring them to their lairs is that they only want love and are hungry for the love that they wished to have.
They love their husbands that sometimes they become so unusually hyperactive and cuddly to the man that they deemed as their husband, which they fancy.
Racial Facts:
• Their race is a nest of 'octopod yanderes' as they sometimes show the qualities of a certified Yandere.
• They are known as the Masters of Multitasking, this title was recorded in the book called "Epitaph of Titulus" by the Great Scholar Evalar.
• They release a ball of energy from their mouth that looks like a gooey orb filled with dark, swirling ink, like smoke inside. They used this orb for self-defense, attacking, and area isolation.
• The race has this undeniable reputation of being sea witches or related to being a sea witch—possessing a great amount of power and affinity over the ocean tides and the power to forcibly change the weather.
• When they capture a man they desire and fancy, they will wrap the man they claimed as their captive. Due to the soft, elastic sensations of their tentacles, there have been some cases of a man being able to resist once captured.
• The men captured indulged themselves in this wonderful feeling that sometimes they wish they would live with this aquatic monster.
• When they mate, they will press their lips together and plunge their tongue inside their tongues, chase each other, eager to dominate the other tongue while the other tongue escapes from the chase. Not to let the other tongue dominate.
• The genitals of Cecaelia can be found just like ordinary human females, but with a plus: it was located under the tentacles that sprouted above their genitals.
• They are not satisfied with kissing, only they will use all their ten tentacles, including their 2 arms, to thoroughly wrap their husband's body that glues their bodies together.
