Byung-Ho hesitated for a split second. He wondered whether to tell the King about Jung-Hee as well. But his selfish thoughts turned him against the idea. It shouldn't matter to King Sejo if he finds out a few days later that he also caught Kim Jong-Seo's daughter, right?
Before Byung-Ho could reach a conclusion, though, the King noticed his momentary hesitation. As such, the monarch's curiosity, which was born out of suspicion, was suddenly aroused. He was a sly, old fox after all. There was no way he wouldn't smell something strange in Byung-Ho's behavior. His eyes slowly narrowed, catching the unsuspecting Byung-Ho under his inquisitive gaze.
"Is there anything else you wish to tell me?" King Sejo asked after some time.
The question was so spot on that Byung-Ho wondered whether the King could read his mind. Nevertheless, despite being startled for a second, his reason swiftly returned. He shook his head, replying calmly.
