Xiao Yi told everything in detail if Hao Lan did that because she really needed money for her mother's treatment.
Finally Li Zheng Yu was willing to help and allowed Hao Lan to return to work in his office.
After dropping Hao Lan to the hospital, they returned to the Garden Villa because Mei-Yin was with them.
"Xiao Yi, are you really okay?" Li Zheng Yu asked for the umpteenth time as he looked at Xiao Yi in the rearview mirror.
"I'm fine, Mr. Li. Look nothing was hurt. Even though I was really scared because Hao Lan was carrying a gun," said Xiao Yi.
"Then how come you were the one holding the gun?" Li Zheng Yu was very curious about it.
Xiao Yi just grimaced as she scratched the back of her head which didn't itch at all.
"Next time you go, you have to bring your cell phone. It felt like I almost died because you guys disappeared at the same time," said Li Zheng Yu.
