The kitchen is so noisy. All the staff are walking back an fort because of this endless demand. Nakaka hilo na ang pabalik balik na lakad, init at lamig ng tubig pero kailan mo pa ring manitiling kalmado at rational para maiwasan ang mga disgrasya.
Manager: Double time, guys. Most of our customers are VIP kaya please make sure to make your food perfect. We need to make impression, understand?
All: Yes, sir.
Mas binilisan namin ang galaw. Wala nang bawal- bawal, sala sa init at lamig na ang kankaharap namin and still I enjoy this. Making myself busy as a bee is my self fulfilling dream. That is why I really do my best.
Chef #1: Guys, please make sure to double, no triple check the ingredients before serving.
Chef #1 is Mr. Cael Manzalo. He is the master chef as I mention. Siya din ang nag train sa akin when I got hired and as fast learner I got improved a lot and impress the commity of this restaurant and got promoted despite of my morning they still consider me as one the best and I am thankful.
We have about more than 12 person here in the kitchen and 10 person outside which are the waitress and cashier including the receptionist and the guard. You can consider this place first class dining place kasi the ambiance and service is very well organize katulad ng mga 5 star hotel.
As everyone got, I almost finish my final touch to my menu when the mager called me.
Manager: Sali, come here.
Sinalubong ako nang cashier at ni Manager. at first kinabahan ako kasi baka may guest complain dahil yun sa lahat ng bagay ang kinakatakutan ko. Who wants to be complained and charged?
Sali: Sir, ano po yun?
Manager: We are out of staff outside. Lahat sila occupied at hindi lang basta basta ang kailangan natin mag accomodate sa VIP, mahirap na.
Cashier: Kararating lang kasi ng VIP #4 mga lima katao po sila.
Sali: Eh paano naman ang trabaho ko dito sa kitchen?
Chef #1: We can cover.
So wala naman pala akong choice. My face so plain right now. I used to have make up when I work as waitress dahil gusto ko naman maging presentable but this time its just lip blush and lip tint na may kunting polbo lang pero keri na.
VIP space is on the second floor. Its very wide and it has 10 private rooms. Sound proof and well ventilated. Mayayaman lang talaga ang afford itong place.
I knock three time to the door of room 4 the I enter.
Sali: Good evening. Can I take your orders?
