Today was like any other day for Raizel. He was preparing to go outside to expand his territory when a sudden announcement changed his mind.

"What humans have intruded my territory? What should I do? Are they strong? Are they going to clear my dungeon? Will my hard work will all be in vain?"
Raizel started panicking. This was the first time he was encountering such a situation. Though beasts have attacked several times, he could take care of them. Heck he knowingly lure them inside to gain more points.
But these beasts were all wild beasts. They don't have enough intelligence to plan ahead like other races. He couldn't help but panic. The intruders were intelligent like him. After spending 6 years surrounded by nothing but lower intelligent species, this would be his first encounter with higher ones.
Calming down from his previous state, he slowly began to think clearly.
"Why I was panicking like a idiot? It's not like they can kill me. If worst come to worst, I will just have to start from scratch."
"DAS show me the live feed."
[Affirmative]
The live feed began playing in front of him.
Now that he could watch the group clearly, he focused on what they were discussing and started to make plans.
Meanwhile with the group of humans..
"Everyone watch your surrounding carefully. We have now entered the outermost part of the Ishjag mountain range. Even though D rank beast are rare, don't lower your guard for one second. This is your first time venturing inside a forest. Though you are now an E rank adventurer, you all don't have experience. So don't take your rank cloud your judgement."
"Here even a F rank beast could still kill you."
One of the human who was an experienced Tier 2 adventurer, explained the dangers of the forest.
"Yes leader." everyone replied.
"Don't worry, Gustav. We are all here. We will look after the newbies." another human replied.
"Alright. Just make sure everyone remember my warnings." Gustav started moving forward slowly observing his surrounding closely.
Gustav and his 4 teammates were an E ranked adventurer team of Antesia Kingdom. They had taken a mission from the adventurer guild to investigate the recent disturbance inside the forest.
Antesia was a newly built kingdom with only 20 years of establishment. King Adam Atkinson and Queen Eva Atkinson were Tier 5 warlocks. They used their own strength and influence to establish the kingdom in their hometown.
They were famous among their citizens. Born from common family, they were childhood sweethearts who were taught by a wandering warlock. As it happen, they were geniuses. As the warlock was close to his end of lifespan, they inherited his wealth.
Slowly, they began their own adventurer group and managed to clear their hometown from the oppression of dark beast of Ishjag mountain range. Starting from their hometown, they began to add nearby villages and small settlements to their influence.
After 10 years of hard work, they both became Tier 5 warlocks and decided to establish their own kingdom. This was a common practice among warriors and warlocks. After reaching certain strength, they built their own sphere of influence to amass wealth and treasures to breakthrough.
If not for the inheritance of the old warlock, Adam and Eva wouldn't have reached Tier 5 so easily and in their younger years. They were both in their late 20's when they became Tier 5.
So after exhausting the wealth, they knew they had to do something to further breakthrough. Each Tier needed a lot of treasures. Hence they established Antesia kingdom. Being near to one the most dangerous mountain range of the continent, was both a blessing and bane.
They could easily collect treasures from the forest and kill dark beasts and other monster to gather mana crystal. If they were lucky enough, they could find a unearthed mana vein or mines to further develop their kingdom and increase their chances of breakthrough.
Also this helped their small hometown to prosper and for future generation to grow in a safe environment. They have established schools and adventure guild to help them grow.
All in all the citizens of Antesia kingdom were thankful. They loved their royal family who had increased their standard of living.
Gustav and his 4 teammates along with 10 newbies slowly began entering deeper in to the dungeon territory.
Gustav began to feel something was wrong. They had entered the forest for more than 2 hours and till now they haven't encountered any monsters.
"Everyone I think there is something wrong here. We haven't encountered a single monster till now. This is not normal."
He warned everyone and raised his senses to maximum. His teammates were also able to sense the anomaly and raised their guards. As for the newbies, they began to slowly understand what it means to be an adventurer.
Just as they have walked for another 100m, Gustav suddenly heard a sounding. Turning his head towards the source, he saw a group of goblins eating a deer around a bonfire.
Gustav signaled everyone to stop. Signaling to his teammates, he showed them the goblins.
"I think we can guess why we didn't encounter any beast. If goblins have established their territory, they would have hunted nearby beast."
All of them nodded. They have learned about goblins from books about dark beasts. They were nasty little creatures. They were F rank beasts but their ability to reproduce rapidly made them very dangerous. In a short period of time they could increase their numbers and attack nearby village.
One of the adventurer said "We have to kill them silently not to alert them. I think they should have others nearby."
"Hmm. Everyone surround them and you newbies will kill them while we are looking out for others of their kind. Do it quickly and make sure to take their crystals."
After giving his orders, Gustav and his team mates spread out and surround the goblins while the newbies slowly approached them. This would be their first time killing a beast. So all of them were nervous.
Warriors took out their blades and warlocks took out their staffs and prepared their spells.
Without giving the goblins a chance to attack, the newbies killed them. After killing them some couldn't stand the blood and gore.
They started emptying their stomach of breakfast. Others endured and took out the crystals from the bodies. Even if these were F rank crystals, this was their first income. They could sell it and earn silver coins.
