Angela and Rara got into a car driven by one of Jacob's trusted drivers. Rara sat in the front with the driver, while Angela sat in the back passenger seat alone.
Angela returned home with mixed feelings. She was about to go home but no one greeted her. There is no more fragrant cake made by her mother in the house, no more mommy knocking loudly on her bedroom door, no more fussing with her if she hasn't showered or woke up late, and no more Sally who likes to watch her favorite show on tv. No more Ruben's voice calling her to come into the house to eat together.
There are too many memories in the house but it is impossible for the house to be left alone. Angela wept bitterly lamenting her truly unfortunate fate in just one night. Rara and Jacob's driver could only look at each other without daring to disturb Angela who needed time to herself.
