Synopsis
Rina Tachibana, a girl who has been in love with Kaito Okada one-sidedly for a long time. She had always been alone until she met him; he brought her joy while also causing her heartbreak. She wishes she could move on from her unrequited love, but she is unable to do so. Her bloodline forbids her from doing just that; her family can only love one person for the rest of their lives and he happens to be the person she has fallen in love with. … "I just want you to know, Kaito, that I love you and have for a long time." "Rina...you know I don't-" "Yeah, I'm well aware of that, so please reject me," Rina said, smiling. "Perhaps if you reject me, I'll move on," she thought to herself, despite the fact that she knew it was impossible.

Now that I think about it, that's probably why I confessed. Perhaps a part of me wanted to believe that he, too, might love me, or at the very least come to love me.

Ah, I'm reminiscing about those days yet again. When am I going to be able to move on, I think to myself, knowing too well that I already know the answer. I awoke from my trance and stretched, aware that I have once again daydreamed, I should really stop this habit of mine. Let's get back to work, shall we...
