Smoke filled the hall behind the glass. The Lucky Horse flailed about and ran up to the window and banged on it desperately. Then as the drug kicked in he comically slid down and fell to his knees.
After the smoke was cleared the glass window opened up like a sliding automatic door, and the Servant wordlessly walked in. She poked the horse with a stick a few times and then she proceeded to strip him of his clothes. Once they were off she wrinkled her nose as she smelt the ammonia of his piss from when he had wet himself.
She went into the corner, brought out a hose, and cleaned him the same way you'd spray down a car in the summer. She did this for a few minutes and even threw in some soap and antiseptic into the mix. When his level of cleanliness was finally up to her standard, she then picked him up with ease. She was small but surprisingly strong.
He was then placed on the table in front of us.
As she did this she pressed a button on the side of the dining table that caused metal restraints to pop out.
I watched calmly as she skillfully clamped him down, put a ball gag in his mouth, and dabbed some kind of chemical onto her napkin. She held that napkin to his nose and in a second the horse was awake.
He groggily stared at us and when he realised his situation he began to panic and struggle. It was like watching a worm squirm about. His shouts were muffled and his eyes darted all over the place as he tried to look for an exit.
"So how do you want to prepare this meal?" Sang Min asked.
I looked the horse up and down. He seemed relatively fit; his muscles appeared lean and tough and there was barely any fat. I pondered for a bit and then made a decision.
"I want Bulgogi"
"Bulgogi, hmm" Sang Min grinned and then muttered, "Bulgogi is usually cooked with beef sirloin, which is cross-cut from the front section of the short loin... the same place where the T-Bone is cut...so we'll have to slice" He tenderly touched the horse's chest and slid his finger slowly down his front to the back of his leg, "from the 12th and last rib and back to the top of the femur, where it joins the hip bone. That's the loin, and the rear side of that should be sirloin."
As he said this the Horse panicked, his muffled shouts became louder and his squirming became more forceful, causing the metal restraints to rattle noisily. Of course, he wasn't some superhero, he couldn't break the metal bonds. His struggle was pointless.
"You know I've never made Bulgogi with horse meat before" Sang Min clapped his hands excitedly, "I wonder how it will taste."
As I looked at the terrified horse, and I saw that wonderful expression of dread. I felt adrenaline pump through my blood, a rush of energy flooded through me and drool built in my mouth. I couldn't help but swallow loudly, "Yeah, I wonder how it will taste too."
Sang Min let out a small laugh and gave me a hug, "You know I never liked children, but now I understand why people reproduce."
"Even if you reproduce it's not guaranteed that you'll get a child like me."
He nodded, "True, you're special."
He continued to pat me fondly. I understood why he was so excited. Being a killer is lonely in a sense; you're a different type of human than those around you. A predator. Humans are social creatures, even killers, we seek to share our lives and experiences with the people around us, But finding someone that understands your carnal nature and shares in your desires isn't easy.
It's also especially hard to find your type of killer. I for one, am a Pseudo sexual Sadist and cannibal. I also think of myself as an intellectual killer. I like to plan out my hunts, I get aroused by the torture, the more pain the better.
Finding someone like myself is like a needle in a haystack. Especially since my kind is the type to never get caught or even suspected.
So I understood Sang Min.
I was also feeling a strange sense of joy at finding a predator who was so similar to myself. Another monster that would be able to make the games more fun, and would make life more convenient for me...and then one day....I'd get to eat him.
It had always been a fantasy of mine to devour someone like me. To hear the yells of another predator as they die. What would Sang Min taste like?
As I thought this and looked up at Sang Min, I could tell he was thinking the same thing. We simply grinned at each other.
The Servant wordlessly set up the room for bulgogi. She disappeared for a bit and then came back with a large grill set. While she was setting it up Sang Min went to the cupboard at the back of the room and opened it up. There was an array of knives and torture items.
It was a cute collection, my old one had been much more extensive.
"I think we need to go with exsanguination first, we'll drain him of his blood, then we'll skin him, and then cut out the parts we need. Sound good?"
"As long as we try to keep him alive through most of the process, I want to eat him alive."
"You're right" Sang Min nodded, he bought out a briefcase filled with all kinds of anaesthetics, "we'll need to lessen his pain a bit so he doesn't die from shock straight away and we need to keep him awake so he can see it all."
I nodded enthusiastically and Sang Min laughed as he prepared a mix of medicines.
We chose our tools and when we turned around the table had been rotated upside down with the Lucky Horse's head against the drain.
Sang Min gave me the knife and held me in his arms, "To exsanguinate someone you need to slice a large vein but not an important vein like the pulmonary vein, or else they'll die too quickly. So let's go here" He pointed at the armpits, "Take the first slice."
I leaned over and as I dug the knife through his soft flesh I felt all this pent up frustration leave my body like a flood. His muffled shrieks sounded like music to my ears. I watched the blood slide down his arm, across his chest and drip from the tip of his head and I giggled with joy.

A few hours later Sang Min was feeding me soft bulgogi. It melted in my mouth and with the added spices and soy, it tasted magical. I was glad the meat had become soft and tender while it cooked, although I had teeth they were small, and not all of them had grown through properly. This was soft enough to eat with ease.
Sang Min grinned with satisfaction, "Bulgolgi was a wonderful choice."
I nodded but was too busy chewing to say anything.
While we ate the glass wall in front of us had changed its display and it was now showing CCTV footage of all the rooms in this underground haven.
"Oh, look what we have here." Sang Min chuckled and used a controller to focus on one CCTV feed in particular. It was that arena.
"It seems like Kang Seung nominated someone to go fight against those newbies...wait, isn't that your carer?"
I looked up with surprise, but Sang Min wasn't wrong, sure enough, there was Kang Seung and next to him a beaten, naked and leashed Min Ho.
The crowd was going wild, it looked like a match was going to start.
Interesting...
