Aleera smiled at the speakers and then shrugged. "What are you talking about?"
"Don't try to act smart in front of me, Aleera," said the elf.
"We know what you are trying to do," said the dwarf. "You want to compete with us with that broken shop." He eyed her and then shook his head. "Don't be stupid, you know, no one can compare us in the field of artifacts—"
"And no one can compete to us in the field of potion making," said the elf.
Aleera grinned; her eyes forming a crescent arc at the edges. "If no one can compare to your potions," she said while looking at the elf, and then turned towards the dwarf, "and your artifacts. Then why do you look so agitated? Are you afraid?"
