Vin still crossed his arms and stared coldly at Ameri who was sitting on the ground.
"You idiot, huh?!"
Vin's sharp words, made Gil and Ameri gasp. Ameri immediately looked up and found the figure of a teenage boy in front of her. The student who had helped her earlier. The teenager's eyes looked familiar to Ameri.
Gil moved closer to Vin and whispered, "Vin? You didn't do anything wrong? Why are you talking about our classmates, um?"
Vin turned to Gil and showed a cold, scary look. It made Gil understand that his best friend didn't want to be bothered at this time.
Gil took a few steps back to dodge, before he was yelled at by his best friend. Vin is in ruthless mode, very scary in Gil's eyes.
Vin turned his attention back to Ameri. Who had been sitting on the grass ever since. Vin still crossed his arms and put on a cold face.
Maybe Ameri hoped someone would help him to his feet. However, unfortunately Vin and Gil are completely insensitive.
"You're looking for trouble with those three seniors, aren't you? Just entered school, already acting! Wearing a uniform like that! Your skirt is too short! Bring a crow to class. Is it hard to be a normal student? No wonder you are bullied by beautiful seniors earlier." Vin said in an even tone. His facial expression was still as cold as before.
Ameri did not respond. She even raised an eyebrow. Ameri feels that Vin's aura is different from other humans.
Vin then waved his hand in the air.
"What a waste of time! Gil, let's go!"
"Heh? Vin, this new student was left alone? Is it okay?"
"Leave it alone! He must be able to walk alone." Vin died Ameri just like that. Vin looks so cruel and cool, very different from Vin's character who is friendly and cheerful as usual.
Meanwhile, Gil did not follow Vin to leave the new student. Gil approached the indigo haired girl with two pigtails. Gil stretched out his hand towards the cute girl.
"Excuse my slightly rude friend, huh? Usually he's not that bad." Gil spoke softly. Gil smiled while still holding out his hand towards Ameri.
Ameri looked at Gil with teary eyes. Ameri grabbed Gil's outstretched hand. In her heart, Ameri exclaimed, 'MEET! THE PRINCE OF MY CHOICE HAS BEEN FOUND!'.
"Thank you," Ameri said, shyly. Ameri still grabbed Gil's hand and now stood up, assisted by Gil.
Gil crouched down to clean Ameri's back uniform, which was white from sticking to the peeling paint wall.
"Are you all right? If anyone gets sick, I'll take you to the infirmary. Would you like it?" said Gil, in a voice that soothed the hearts of anyone who heard it.
"I'm okay ... hmm ...?" Ameri hung up because she didn't know what to call the teenager.
"Ah yes, we haven't met yet. My name is Gilbert. I'm your classmate too. Maybe you didn't pay much attention because there were a lot of kids around you yesterday." Gil replied. Every now and then, Gil would smile between his words.
"Ah, Gil is your name? I'm Ameri. Nice to meet you, Gil!" Ameri stretched out her hand towards Gil.
Gil shook the hand of the cute two ponytail girl. It felt like Gil's heart was beating fast at this moment. But, he tried to act normal. Exactly as Vin taught all this time.
"Nice to meet you too, Ameri! Want me to take you to the infirmary?"
"No need, Gil. I'm fine. Let's go back to class!" take Americ.
