The entire planet fell silent as Medeva's blood bloomed in the water. It spread out like normal at first, then engulfed the crown: turning it solid black. She started with a light giggle, then quickly escalated to and outright cackle as she watched the crown darken..
As Rhea let her hands go, the Siren Queen grabbed the crown, then shoved it further into her stomach. She escalated her laughter as she pushed it; feeding the crown. Her tail curled around her as Medeva slowly floated to the sea floor, a small cloud of Darkness gathered in her hand.
The guards holding Serenity and Matt released them, then slowly backed away to see what would happen next. As Matt kept his eye on the four, Serenity had immediately swam at Medeva.. But it was already too late.
