"See what?! We need to get the Lieutenant-is that a shiny golden door?" Serenity asked in exhausted disbelief.
"That is exactly what it is. And look at these symbols and squiggles; very 'godsy' to me," Matt replied as he ran his fingers over the markings carved into the metal.
"We'll deal with that in a second! I need your help!" Serenity yelled as she tried her best to gently shift the rock off of the Lieutenant.
Matt had instantly swam back up, and shifted the rock off of him. He thought that it was balanced well enough on the ledge, but it gave way, and tumbled towards the door. Right as it was about to make contact, a layer of purple-tinted electricity created a kind of barrier; making the rock practically explode..
Matt and Serenity exchanged a look of shock as Lieutenant Julius said; "Thank the gods that the kids didn't touch it.."
