As if hearing Matt, the colossal creature turned it's long neck their way, and swam at them. As they started to flee, Levi slammed into the other one, then started to shrink down as he swam after the others.
As he caught up to them, so did the big one. It didn't seem to care that it was eating rocks and coral as it chomped and chased after them. As they bobbed and weaved through the coral forest, Matt kept yelling; "Must go faster! Must go faster!"
Before they had realized it, the four had split off into two groups. Serenity and Matt were separated by going around the other side of a coral wall. As they came to the end of it, Selena and Levi were nowhere to be seen.
The big one was still chasing them, so Matt guided Serenity along as she looked for them. A flourish of colors wizzed by them as they swam for their lives from the monster. Matt grabbed his trident off of his back as they went, and readied to fight.
