As soon as Hera vanished into a shining ball of light, those that remained quickly made their way out of the Carcinus Nest. They swam like hell for a few miles before they stopped to assess. Out of the fifteen of them that had gone, only seven had survived.
As they all caught their breaths, Draxzel said; "Well.. At least I don't hear a swam of angry crabs coming after us.. That's always a good thing."
Most just nodded as they tried to breath, except Levi; "Yes, but they wouldn't of chased us anyway. Aunt Hera's words hold just as much authority as Uncle's. She said that they wouldn't chase you unless you came back after you left."
"That's true, but did you see the way those things were looking at us?! Looked ready to finish their job!" Constantine bellowed.
"I second that," Click said while holding up his stump.
Serenity quirked an eyebrow at him; "A fish ate yours, though.."
