It was an open secret that the ASB had training centres in the Jamame area. However, no one knew exactly where the training centres were in the district.
Jamame town covered only a small part of the Jamame district.
The same was the case for Jilib as well. The ASB's rumoured HQ was located not within the Jilib town itself, but somewhere else in the wider rural Jilib district area.
