When Fatima and Mary arrived at the Ocampo residence, they found the door to the house ajar. The two glanced at each other and pulled out pistols hidden behind their waists.
They moved into the house and cleared it room by room, but found nobody inside.
However, the house had obviously been rummaged through.
Someone was looking for something, and going by the fact that every single room was searched, it was unlikely they found what they were looking for.
"What do you think? Cartel?" Mary spoke.
"Most likely." Fatima replied. "Looks like Korede's fear became reality."
"Don't forget 'again'."
Fatima unconsciously chuckled. Then she recalled the seriousness of the situation and shook her head.
