CH941: Absolute Command
Bolaji and Korede Balogun walked through the Balogun Family Compound after leaving the Ancestral Hall.
The older man had a genial smile on his face as he watched the younger generation move about the estate. The vitality of the Family was very strong, and this gave him a hope of a prosperous future for the Family.
Korede was a little taken aback by the expression.
The uncle he remembered always made it his norm to keep a stern or solemn expression at all times like a military flag officer should, even though he had a soft spot for Family. It was rare to see him wear his gentler side on his face.
Korede unnoticeably shrugged.
He chugged it up to Bolaji no longer being the Head of the Family, and having to keep the stern or solemnness for the dignity of the position.
"What do you think about the elders?" Bolaji asked as they walked.
