Nuriye removed her clothes and revealed her bare form to Dirara.
The lady leader was shocked by what she saw.
Nuriye's body was littered with scars of different sizes. These scars were ingeniously left in places that would be hidden under the clothes she usually wore.
Scars can be marks of masculinity to men. Someone like Korede would even flaunt his scars of battle because he carried them proudly.
To a woman, however, scars were nothing to be proud of. They were disfigurements which were usually trauma in themselves. There was hardly any woman that wanted to have a scar anywhere on their bodies.
Nuriye carried nothing less than seven old scars on her body.
