She passed another document.
She said as Mary read through it.
"Midas, as a money market or short-term stock trading company, is insufficient to meet the growing demands of our organisation. We need to restructure it to become a full-fledged Financial House." (1)
Mary only gave a scan at the front page of the document. The small font size meant there was a lot of information contained, most of which would likely be technical.
She raised her sight from the document to Julia.
Rather than expend much of her brain cells on a fruitless endeavour, Mary opted instead to just listen to the details from the Executive Manager.
Julia was familiar with Mary by now. She understood what the look meant.
