Earlier in the day when Abdul-Lateef, Temitope and the Azan mother and daughter landed in Johannesburg, Temitope called Korede to give him a SitRep.
Korede was still at the Ministry of defence.
He wasn't told what was happening, all he and Fatima were told was that there was a review of the Libya mission leading up to the missile hitting the Atlantic.
Some members of Bravo and Charlie teams were also present to give their account.
Korede asked the youngest of the Bravo team, Petty Officer Dele Ekoku, but he also didn't know anything aside the fact that they were asked to give an account of events as they knew it.
