"My superiors can't decide which country to send you to. Chad, Niger, Mali or Senegal. We're confident these countries won't mind throwing you in a black hole somewhere to torture you for all you've done if they can't publicly trial you.
"If you'd take my advice, I don't think any of these countries would mind the UN knowing they have you after what you did there. There's no evidence of them doing anything in Libya aside capturing you. I'm sure the international community will understand, considering everything you've done.
