Abdul-Lateef looked at his watch. It was almost 8 pm.
"Finally..." He thought as he stalked his target from behind.
He had been watching Bilal Hassan for a hours now, looking for the opportunity to strike. The chance never came.
Now was the best chance he had since the target was heading home from the government building. He had changed into a more inconspicuous casual outfit.
