During the last week the Alpha squad spent in Mexico, many activities took place in the Garcia cartel. One of such was a meeting held between Gabriela and other cartel leaders in the country.

The Garcia cartel took over many underworld establishments of the other three defeated factions. They now controlled vital locations and resources in the country. The development of the cartel was in full swing and it was a matter of time before they had a tight, full grip on the Mexican underworld.
