"Actually there might still be a way to get what you want 'legally' without leaving a record." Anu said.
"I know. The NDI." Korede sighed.
"It seems you've thought this through already. So why are you here then?" Kola asked.
"Because I was hoping I could get it without having to go to the NDI." Korede answered.
"I thought you have a good relationship with the NDI? Danjuma would readily help you." Kola was confused.
"I just don't want to owe the NDI a favour." Korede replied.
Kola looked at him in disdain. Korede blushed in shame and looked away. It seemed his brother saw through his lie.
"Fine, I may have offended the Director-General of the NDI." Korede answered truthfully.
