Day 3
Korede called the Army Review Department to inform them that the review was complete and they were ready to present their findings before a seating of judges of competent jurisdiction.
As part of the procedure establishing and empowering the Army with the 'man's last chance' prerogative, there included a provision where the Court with the Jurisdiction to listen to the case after the review are informed as soon as the prerogative is invoked.
The notification is done by the Army Review Department and confirmed by the Police Commission or the head of the Law Enforcement agency which was originally responsible for investigating the case.
