"Bamidele Ogundajo..." Korede frowned.
The name sounded familiar but he couldn't remember who the person was.
Babatunde noticed the youth's difficulty in recalling and so added,
"His street name when I was still at the Lagos Police Command was 'Schoolboy'."
"Ah! Schoolboy. Yes, I remember! Wasn't he the witness from your last case in the Lagos Police Command? I thought you helped him out? How did he get on death row?"
"He was convicted of aggravated rape of a new-born mother, and subsequent murder of both mother and infant. Hence the death penalty."
Korede frowned gravely.
"Father..."
