If one looked in the four individuals' eyes, one would see awe mixed in with fear. Their gazes were more fanatical.
These individuals were the heads of the Initiative's wings; The Institute's Professor, Fortuna's Lady Fortuna, Ouroboros' Serpent and Angelus Fallen of Bloodfallen.
