"Ah yes, the reason I called." DG Arango remembered he made the call for a reason. "I called to inform you that the operation in Bogota, Cali and Cartagena is complete. The three major cities have been completely cleansed for cartel influence and corruption.
"Barranquilla should be complete by tomorrow morning but Medellin might take some time due to the extensive influence and stranglehold the Santiago cartel had over the city.
"Outskirts and more rural areas might take longer, but the good news is that only low-level cartels settle in this areas. They shouldn't be too difficult to root out."
