Chapter 100 - Aftermath

Sael spun around checking the room for signs of the shadow then patted himself down.  Finding no signs of the being he was inspecting his status menu when he noticed two things. One, the pain he'd been feeling up until that point was gone.  Second, his corruption meter that had been close to full was now empty.  For a bit, he pondered what to do as the walls around him gradually lost their luminescent glow.  With really no other choices left, he turned his thoughts from the mystery of the shadow and to his next move.
