"Hey, who are you?" Selena questioned Stephen as she raised her eyebrows and pulled her hand away.
Stephen's body shuddered when he heard this from his sibling. His mouth parted open, speechless as he saw his sister looking at him as a stranger with an unfamiliar look on his face.
"Selena!" Fiona immediately went forward and hugged her daughter as she trembled. "Are you all right?"
"I am alright, mother. What happened?" And then she looked around at the faces of everyone in the room curiously with a confused face.
"What's wrong? How are you feeling? Are you alright? Does it hurt anywhere dear?" The plump mature woman fawned all over her daughter, while the young Selena looked confused at everyone.
Upon seeing Selena's eyes fixated on Stephen, Fiona said in a gentle tone, "It's Stephen dear. Your older brother. Don't you recognize him?" Her emotions slowly started to get chaotic once again.
