Chapter 53 - Eating Crow

While sitting and listening to Evgenia drone on and on about how much fun she had at the equinox ball, Flora had an epiphany. Not one that she enjoyed one bit. She didn't particularly like how she had talked to Amelia in Prince Andrei's room yesterday. The girl was trying to be positive and Flora only shut her down. Even worse, Amelia had tried to share her opinion and Flora had stomped on it. She was being a stereotypical royal right now, not listening to anything they don't agree with that is. Maybe Flora would sit down and try to see how Amelia saw everything so far. While she may not understand the situation or have anything worthwhile to add, Flora owed it to Amelia to hear her out.
