Drifting past the mechanical knights' blind zone, Adam twisted his torso and leapt, successfully holding on to a machine's armour plating. Every inch of these artificial knights was covered in metal and the calf of the hindlimbs was no exception.
Luckily, the armour platings weren't closely packed as the constant movement and battles were sure to create some inconveniences and unnecessary hindrances in mobility. Exploiting the wedges between each sheet, Adam secured his spot.
'Now what!?'
It is true that this giant was controlled by someone or something from the inside. That means this construct can be disabled with very little effort if one can take out the centre of control.
But it's not like he can crawl all the way to the torso through the thick sheets of iron. The second he does that, Adam would be severely injured or might be killed by the large pistons and internal mechanism of the limbs.
