The 'Merge' function was alright till yesterday, but now what?!
The earthling unconsciously came to halt and the beasts peeked over his shoulder to see what it was. Realising that they couldn't detect the anomaly that disturbed the elder, they remained silent.
And as they observed, Adam raised his hand and tapped the 'Merge' function gently. The word instantly lit up with a green rectangle as the background and a second later, the entire line disappeared!
The young man was startled and he quickly summoned the Personal Fortress for no reason.
Well... it was better than nothing, right?
Oblivious to the cause, Adam's eyes observed the status screen levitating before him. Other than the abrupt vanishing of the word, nothing has befallen the Art of Ascension.
Observing the elder, the beasts too summoned their status interfaces and realised that they lack that option. Dispersing the display, they turned their attention to the elder.
