Adam peeked outside and saw that they were in some sort of underground facility. The resonance of the structure with the subterrestrial constructs fund on Earth was enough for Adam to deduce this conclusion.
Quickly drifting through the corridors while carrying Gilbert, the earthling came to a sudden halt when he saw a ventilation duct opening on the nearby wall. The illumination of the daylight seeping through it gave him positive support.
Without any verbal communication, the duo agreed to escape. As Adam raised the elf into the duct, Gilbert used his forelimbs to pull him forward.
